Our Alert Service is at the start of its development and we hope it will be well used and funded to provide further refinements.

The first part of the current system is automatic, but, should our subscriber not respond to text reminders, a real human takes over and, if necessary, will get in touch with one of the responders on the contact list provided. This part is labour intensive and the more subscribers the more difficult it will be to provide a comprehensive service

Should the project be a success, the next stage is to try and automate more of the system so we can handle more subscribers. Eventually, with the help of donations we may be able to become a charity and fund the development of a free app which will fully automate the Alert Service

Our daily Alert Service ensures you and your pet are not left for a long time without any help

As we get older it's natural to worry about the care of our companion animals should they outlive us, and it is a good idea to make arrangements for their continued care well in advance. If you have no family or friends happy to do this we can recommend various organisations which now provide this sort of help, such as the Dogs Trust, Cinnamon Trust etc

Although we can make arrangements for the care of our companion animals should they outlive us, there is a need for a basic emergency service for people who live alone and their pets; a simple means of raising the alarm when they are unable to do so. Ideally this should be within hours, not days, rescuing a pet companion from a terrible situation, and, at the same time getting medical assistance for the carer

PetLine365.com was started in 2025 by David Lawson. Through personal experience of living alone with one or two dogs, he understands the vulnerablility of pets who have to rely on just one person for their care. For many years now he sent a daily text to some good friends, providing the peace of mind for which he will be forever grateful, knowing they will rescue his companions, should the worst ever happen

Peace of mind if you live alone with a pet
