Please read before completing the subscription form...

1. If you subscribe to our daily Alert Service you should be able to send us a text each morning to confirm you are OK. When you sign up we will make clear how to do this. If you forget to do this we will send at least two reminders and then attempt to call you at least twice

2. If we cannot make contact during the morning we will try to speak with someone on your contact list, starting with the first name and then working down the list. When we are able to reach someone we will ask them to check you are OK, by paying you a visit if at all possible. Our service ends once we have passed on the 'no response' information someone on your contact list. If we are unable to contact anyone on your list, our service will end when we have informed the emergency services

3. Force Majeure. We will try our best to ensure our daily Alert Service is available, and working, for all our subscribers, 365 days per year. However, as we rely on the technology provided by third parties, and volunteers who can be affected by unforseen circumstances, we cannot accept responsiblilty for the consequencies of any aspect of our Alert Service not working, or for help not being provided, for any reason whatsoever

4. We store the information you give us as securely as possible but, like most small organisations, we rely on the security provided by Microsoft and others, to protect us from malicious software and hacking. Therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for the leakage of stored information, or the consequences thereof, due to malicious attacks, or by any other means

5. Payment: There is no subscription fee for our daily Alert Service and no plans to charge for this service

6. Cancellation: You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time by sending us a text or email, or by calling us

7. If a subscriber regularly fails to comply with any of the requirements which make our daily Alert Service work for them, such as not sending a daily text on multiple occasions, or failing to repond to our outgoing messages, texts, and calls, we reserve the right to remove any subscriber from the service without notice
